SERVICE POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to advise you as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from our nail salon, and the steps and produce that can be taken if you, the customers are not satisfied with the services you receive from our store.
We appreciate you choosing our services! Our priority is to protect your rights and make sure you’re satisfied.
To ensure you have the best experience, please let our staff or manager know immediately if

any allergies with chemicals before your service.

you have any concerns relating to products, staffs, or services.

you have any concerns about any infection, other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.

enhancements and gel/shellac polish are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment. If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify us at which you received the service within 24hours. Your satisfaction is important to us!

We will RE-DO any service at NO COST if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do but you have to tell us immediately during the time you getting your service done. Also, please notice that we will not re-do your service with no cost if our technician has confirmed and clear with you about your nails during the time service is going on.
Repair after guarantee time will be charged and we are not guarantee for Regular nail Polish
*** We cannot be responsible for any infected nails. Our tools are disinfected, we use single-use manicure and pedicure kits that are disposed of after each use. Your safety is our highest priority. Thank you!

REFUND POLICY
Please note that we cannot accept refunds for any reason once you have left our store. If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to inform us immediately before making a payment. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you are pleased with our work.
We will not offer refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.

WAXING POLICY
Before your waxing service

Please do not use a sunbed or overexposing the area you are having waxed to sunlight for at least 24 hours.

It's also important to avoid very hot baths, steam, or saunas immediately before your appointment.

If you are taking Roaccutane (also known as Accutane) or long-term steroids, please let us know ahead of time.

Inform us if you have recently undergone microdermabrasion, skin peels, or are using products containing steroids, retinol, Retin A, or AHAs on area to be waxed.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.

Anyone with a nail condition or in ill health that er suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.

Diabetes Client: Please inform to our technician so we can provide our service with proper care.
